The Sale Results
Before making the KEY FACTOR information available on a limited basis for the 2017 Keeneland September sale, we decided to first go back and see what prior results would have been. Wanting to use a large sale that was also fairly recent, yet old enough where most all runners have shown their highest potential, we selected the 2013 Keeneland September Sale.
Through a painstaking endeavor, every entry was analyzed, regardless of whether it sold, for its racing accomplishments at the time, and whether it had the KEY FACTOR. We were confidant, from all the years of research, that the KEY FACTOR would have a big impact on the results, but had no idea it was going to be as powerful as it was.

IMPORTANT NOTE
*** The Sale Topper at this 2013 Keeneland September sale was a War Front colt, named Treaty of Paris, who sold for 2.5 million and did NOT have the KEY FACTOR. He now has earnings of $29,171 from 24 races to date.
It clearly shows that no matter how good a potential runner is bred, how good he looks, how well he vets, or how well he scopes, if he/she doesn’t have the KEY FACTOR they will have a very slim chance of succeeding at an elite level. ***
Additional Sale Results
Months after the data was compiled for the 2013 Keeneland Sale, it was decided to go back even further and look into the results of another Keeneland September Sale. The 2010 Keeneland September Sale was chosen. As stated earlier, we are continually applying the KEY FACTOR to various uses to give the client a clear picture of its potential.

Results of Keeneland Graduates
In July of 2018 the Keeneland website highlights their graduates that have won Graded Stakes races in 2018. At that point in time there were 84 Keeneland graduates that had won Graded Stakes races.
This was another opportunity to apply and test the impact the KEY FACTOR had on sale horses.
